Postage Details
United Kingdom Postage Only
Orders will be sent using the Royal Mail, APC or Parcel Force Services. We now send all orders within the United Kingdom free of charge. Orders should be received within a timescale of 3-7 days.
International Postage
Please note we do not sell internationally.
Non-Receipt of Order
If your order has not been received within the timescales noted above, please e-mail us as a matter of urgency to allow us to investigate the position.
Returns
All items are tested prior to dispatch and should be received in perfect condition. However, if you wish to return an order, please notify us immediately or within 14 days (UK) of placing your order. We are more than happy to accept returns as long as the item is in perfect condition – however, will be unable to refund the cost of postage, unless the mistake has been of our making.
All items come with a 1 year guarantee – proof of purchase is necessary.
